In year 1 of the West Coast Classic, we’re bringing it back to our roots, with a good ol’ fashioned throwdown in the home of the previous CrossFit Games West regional, the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

Like many of us, if you’ve ever dreamed of getting out on that competition floor, now is your chance. You and your team can get in on the fun, with no strings attached, by registering via Open Registration to compete on a team of 3 at this year’s event.

The WCC is keeping it simple, with teams of 3 same gender, in either the Rx, Intermediate or Scaled divisions.

  • Proficiency performing any movements with dumbbells (50/35lb)
SCALED

Athletes in this division may have performed workouts in the 2019 Open as prescribed, but that is not mandatory. Having performed workout(s) scaled or with modifications is acceptable and programming for this division will reflect that.

  • Clean & Jerk (135/95lb) *Working weights
  • Pull-Ups, Dubs, Hanging Knee Raises, Rope Climbs
  • Proficiency performing any movements with dumbbells (40/25lb)
